The delivery process commences as soon as the client’s money reflects in The Display Room’s banking account. Allow for 5-7 days from date of order until we deliver your purchases to your front door. This is standard for most of the products except in the following cases:
– Any custom-made product designed for a client according to his/her specifications, for example, computers.
– Any product that is imported upon a client’s request.
Should the standard delivery process be delayed due to above or any other reason, we will inform you immediately.
We pledge a superior delivery service. Courier companies are selected according to locations and geographical areas. Other prerequisites are consistent service, price, and punctuality, all essential qualities to ensure the best delivery service to clients of The Display Room.

All deliveries/shipments are made utilizing the ‘economy service’.
Should you require overnight delivery, kindly contact us via our listed contact methods to arrange for that alternative.
The Display Room delivers to the address the client indicates on the order when the purchase is made. No delivery to Post Office Boxes.
Please provide a street address where someone can take receipt of the parcel.
Every delivery must be signed and endorsed as proof of delivery.
The Display Room delivers between 08h30 and 17h00, weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Currently, orders can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa.
All deliveries are done by The Display Room and are free of charge regardless of the transaction value.
